Once we know exactly what our clients' dream building project entails and have formulated a strategy to make it a reality, we can issue a comprehensive quote.
4. Conceptual Design Drawings
We generate a unique design concept that reflects our clients' needs, lifestyle and budget, maximises site potential and the available space, and will satisfy relevant councils and legislation.
5. Drafting & Planning
Once our client is happy with the conceptual design for their project, we provide comprehensive 3D CAD plans. We also engage our town planners to prepare submissions for council - ensuring a simple, stress-free process for our clients from the initial collaboration through to the construction phase.
6. Documentation & Approvals
We have built strong relationships with engineers, town planners, local councils and building authorities over the years and can negotiate approvals on your behalf - meaning the path to constructing your dream home or building project is straightforward and hassle-free!
